You only have a HabitCore account if you signed in with Google (for example, to buy HabitCore Pro). If you never signed in, there is no account to delete. Your habit data lives only on your device.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open HabitCore and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your sign-in account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email entropy.apps.studio@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my HabitCore account", sent from the Google account email you signed in with.
We delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your HabitCore sign-in account: email address, name, Google account ID, and HabitCore user ID.
- For email requests: the customer record held by our subscription processor (RevenueCat), except purchase records we must keep (see below).
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and subscription records (held by Google Play and RevenueCat) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and for fraud prevention.
- Crash reports are anonymous to us, are not linked to your account, and are deleted automatically by Firebase Crashlytics after 90 days.
Your habit data
- Habits, history, and notes are stored only on your device. Delete them with Settings → Clear User Data, or by uninstalling the app.
- Backups you saved to your own Google Drive or device stay there until you delete them yourself.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
